Requesting a Credit Limit Increase on Your Inclined Line of Credit

Inclined conducts bi-annual assessments of your credit limit, but you may be eligible for an off-cycle update under certain circumstances. This guide outlines the process and requirements for requesting a credit limit increase.

Bi-Annual Assessment Schedule

  • Updates occur on the anniversary and half-anniversary of each policy.
  • Recent premium contributions may qualify you for an ad-hoc collateral update.

Off-Cycle Collateral Update Requests

Eligibility

  • Who can request:
    • The borrower and primary contact for the Inclined iLOC
    • The advisor on behalf of their client (an active Inclined borrower)
  • When: An off-cycle update can be requested at any time.
    • Note: If processed within 14 days of a scheduled bi-annual update, the upcoming scheduled update will be skipped.
  • Criteria: The policy requested for review must not have been reviewed within the last 90 days.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Email: support@inclined.com
  2. Subject line: "Off-cycle collateral update request for [Your Name]"
  3. Include documentation of premiums paid since the last collateral update:
    • Receipts of payments made, OR
    • Written confirmation of payments with corresponding payment dates

Approval & Implementation Process

  • Our internal team will validate and process the update.
  • Processing may take up to 20 business days.

Important Notes

  • Previous requirements regarding minimum premium payments have been removed from the current policy.
  • Only premiums paid since the last collateral update will be considered.
