Your iLOC works with any checking or savings account.
You can make a payment or request a draw to/from any US checking or savings account (see how to make a draw or payment). Payments and draws are sent via overnight ACH.
Connecting an Account
Your iLOC uses Plaid to connect your account quickly and securely. Watch the video below to learn how to connect a bank account within your iLOC online account:
Instantly Connect an Account
You can connect most accounts instantly by logging into www.inclined.com and navigating to 'manage bank accounts'. Select 'add bank account', search for your bank and follow the prompts. That's it, this account can now be used for both draws and payments.
Troubleshooting Tips
- If you get a message about your password, confirm your password by logging in on your bank's website
- Many banks have similar names, double check you have the correct one i.e. Northern Trust Bank vs. Northern Bank & Trust
- Some banks require you to enable a setting to allow 3rd party access, search for 'allow 3rd party access' on your banks' website or contact their customer service department
If you aren't able to connect your account instantly, you can always connect it using the account and routing number.
Connect Using Account/Routing Number
If your bank doesn't support connecting instantly or if you are having trouble, you can always use your account and routing number to connect your account. Please note this may take 1-3 business days to complete.
You can connect most accounts instantly by logging into www.inclined.com and navigating to 'manage bank accounts'. Select 'add bank account', scroll to the bottom of the list of banks and select 'Link with account numbers'.
Enter your account and routing numbers and confirm the account ownership information. Depending on the financial institution, we'll either send 2 micro-deposits to your account or a combination of 1 micro-deposit and a 3 letter code (which should be listed within the micro-deposit transaction). Once you see the deposits/code in your account (typically takes 1-3 days), log back into www.inclined.com and navigate to 'manage bank accounts'. Click 'verify' and enter the amounts of the deposits and/or code to confirm your account. That's it, this account can now be used for both draws and payments.
