Information on reversing accidental payments.
One-time payment
Please email Customer Support if you made an online payment that you didn’t mean to make.
We’ll do our best to cancel the payment, but please note that we’re not always able to stop it once processing has begun. Please contact as soon as possible as processing times can vary between banking institutions.
If the payment can’t be canceled, you can make an overnight ACH draw from your line of credit for the same amount to offset the payment. Our team can help walk you through that process if needed.
Scheduled payment
If your account has autopay setup, you can cancel autopay and any future scheduled payments directly through your account. To turn off autopay and cancel your future scheduled payments:
- Sign in to your account.
- On your home page you will see Autopay status with a link to Manage. Select Manage.
- On the autopay management page, turn off the green toggle.
- Confirm that you would like to Turn Off AutoPay.
NOTE: You must turn off AutoPay before your scheduled draft date. If you do not, AutoPay will turn off as of your next billing cycle.
