Because unique email addresses are part of our security protocol, the request to change an email address is not available on your iLOC portal.
The steps to update the email address associated to an Inclined Line of Credit (iLOC) are as follows:
1) As the iLOC holder, please send to us a request at support@inclined.com to update the email address on file. Please include the email address you would like to update your iLOC with in your email request.
2) Inclined will then send to you a Persona Identification Verification link. This IDV step is nearly identical to the one used during the application process, and allows for us to verify the same iLOC holder is the owner of the new email address.
3) Inclined will then update the email address on the iLOC and our support team will confirm the changes have been completed via email.
