How Many Carriers Can I Have on a Single Line of Credit?

There's no limit to the number of insurance carriers you can have on a single Inclined Line of Credit — as long as each one is a carrier we currently support. Today, that's Guardian, MassMutual, New York Life, Northwestern Mutual, and Penn Mutual. You can collateralize your line with policies from any combination of these carriers — you don't need to open a separate line for each one.

How It Works

Each policy on your line is specific to its own carrier. When you add policies to your line, whether at application or afterward, you or your advisor will specify which carrier issued each individual policy. Behind the scenes, Inclined manages documents, collateral assignments, and confirmations separately for each carrier, so nothing changes for you no matter how many carriers are involved.

What You'll See

In your active account, your policies are grouped by carrier so it's easy to see which policies belong to which company. If your line includes policies from more than one carrier, you'll sign a collateral assignment for each carrier — but you'll do this all at once, in a single sitting, during your application.
