Making Payments on Your Inclined Line of Credit (iLOC)

iLOC payments: Optional if below credit limit. Interest auto-accrues. Manual payments available online. Payments take up to 7 days to settle. Statuses: Scheduled (cancelable), Pending, Processing (both non-cancelable), Completed.

This guide will walk you through the process of making payments on your iLOC and provide important information about payment options and statuses.

Payment Options

Automatic Interest Accrual

  • Payments are optional as long as your balance remains below your credit limit.
  • If you prefer to accrue interest without making payments, no action is required.
  • On the statement due date, we automatically add the outstanding accrued interest to your balance.
  • There are no fees or penalties for this feature.

Manual Payments

If you wish to make payments, you can do so online by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Choose the loan you want to make a payment for.
  3. Click or tap on "Make a payment".
  4. Select:
    • Payment amount
    • Payment date
    • Payment method
  5. Click "Continue".
    • Note: If you don't have a valid payment method on file, you'll need to add one first.
  6. Review the payment details.
  7. Click or tap on "Make payment".

Important Payment Information

  • Payments can take up to 7 business days to settle on the iLOC.
  • The Available Credit Amount will not be updated to reflect the recent payment until it has fully settled.

Payment Statuses: 

Status

Description

Can it be Canceled?

Scheduled

A payment has been scheduled for a future date. Processing has not yet started.

Yes

Pending

The payment is preparing for processing. Information is being sent between banking institutions with expected transaction details.

No

Processing

The payment is now officially processing.

No

Completed

The payment has finished processing and is now fully settled.

Not applicable
