This guide will walk you through the process of making payments on your iLOC and provide important information about payment options and statuses.
Payment Options
Automatic Interest Accrual
- Payments are optional as long as your balance remains below your credit limit.
- If you prefer to accrue interest without making payments, no action is required.
- On the statement due date, we automatically add the outstanding accrued interest to your balance.
- There are no fees or penalties for this feature.
Manual Payments
If you wish to make payments, you can do so online by following these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Choose the loan you want to make a payment for.
- Click or tap on "Make a payment".
- Select:
- Payment amount
- Payment date
- Payment method
- Click "Continue".
- Note: If you don't have a valid payment method on file, you'll need to add one first.
- Review the payment details.
- Click or tap on "Make payment".
Important Payment Information
- Payments can take up to 7 business days to settle on the iLOC.
- The Available Credit Amount will not be updated to reflect the recent payment until it has fully settled.
