Some banks require you to re-authenticate your account every few months. If you don't re-authenticate your account draws or payments may be delayed or not process.
If your account expires, we'll send you an email letting you know, and will show a message on the draws and accounts page.
To re-authenticate your account, follow these steps
- Log in to your Inclined account at https://www.inclined.com
- Click on Bank Accounts
- Click "Re-Authenticate" on the account as shown above
- You'll be asked to securely re-enter your banking username and password and depending on your bank's security settings may also need to enter a security code
That's it, your account is reconnected and ready to use.
